Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

- Form 5 or above education level
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Mature and detail-oriented individual
- Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and Chinese word processing
