Office Manager and Coordinator

Ares Management Corporation seeks an experienced Support Services Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to our professionals, ensuring the efficient execution of daily tasks and projects.
Core Duties
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our professionals
- Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide expert-level administrative support, including calendar management, email administration, and document preparation
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
