Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administration and clerical support to the team. This includes data entry, document management, scanning, and mail processing tasks.

Key responsibilities also include ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, as well as providing office support when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Form 5 or above qualification and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative duties.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, as well as Chinese word processing skills, is essential.

A fast and accurate typing skill, strong commitment, and ability to work under pressure with tight schedules are also required.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be a team player with good problem-solving skills.
