We're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Specialists. These individuals will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, taking the initiative to address guest requests, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless stay.
A key aspect of this role is creating a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional image through uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, no related work experience, and no supervisory experience. However, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
