Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers during significant disruptions to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the airport leadership team to develop and implement recovery plans that protect the company's commercial interests.
  • Provide guidance and support to airports during significant customer impact events to ensure the customer experience and Cathay brand are protected and enhanced.
  • Act as the central point of communication to inform stakeholders about significant customer impact events and decisions made.
  • Track and record decisions made, customer impact, and other relevant operational information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in airline customer service in an airport environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
