Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Officer. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to improve their experience, and delivering tailored solutions to retain them. Your primary goal will be to achieve monthly and yearly KPIs while fostering strong relationships with our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Understand customer surrender/lapse reasons and identify areas for improvement
* Provide personalized solutions to address customer concerns and needs
* Achieve team KPIs by effectively retaining customers
* Cross-sell General Insurance and Life Insurance products to enhance customer value
* Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and soft-complaints
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Post-secondary education and relevant customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
* Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
