Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Private Aviation team at XO. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight bookings and provide tailored service to meet client needs
- Maintain an overview of all flights to anticipate potential issues and communicate with clients proactively
- Strategic planning and coordination with departments to ensure seamless execution
- Taking ownership of high-profile clients and flights, prioritizing their needs
- Organize flight-related services and additional tasks as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have experience within a Business Aviation environment, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally. You will also possess excellent English language skills, including advanced spelling and grammar.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for growth and development within the company. Our team is available 24/7, and we work a shift pattern that includes day and night shifts. No two days will be the same, and your career in Customer Experience will be dynamic, challenging, and rewarding.
