Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Alibaba Cloud. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and networking.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing them with expert knowledge of Alibaba Cloud's products and solutions.
- Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, providing ongoing support to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes from using Alibaba Cloud's products and services.
- Communication and Negotiation: Communicate effectively with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive sales, resolve issues, and build trust.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud sales, customer success, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; deep understanding of cloud computing and its applications; ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business administration, or engineering.
