We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Business Development Lead to drive innovation and growth at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive business model that integrates cutting-edge technology to enhance the customer journey and experience.
  • Design a customer information and data model to facilitate the development of a digital platform.
  • Maintain and refine a data analysis model to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze customer segments using data mining strategies and technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze digital platform usage and customer feedback, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Fintech developments, market trends, and innovative products, identifying new solutions and initiatives to drive business forward.
  • Support user requirement collection and UAT in an Agile environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank's risk management and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or higher in e-Commerce, FinTech, Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis/MIS/Data Modelling.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, logical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Hold hands-on experience with data analysis tools/software and familiarity with SAS, Microsoft Office, and Chinese Input.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Show a can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
