Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate VP to join our team as a Strategic Business Development Lead. In this role, you will conduct research and analysis to understand the needs of affluent customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions, and drive the implementation of customer value propositions across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the evolving needs of Treasures customers through data analysis and customer insights
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to design innovative solutions that address customer needs
  • Drive the implementation of customer value propositions across branches, relationship managers, digital channels, and other customer interactions
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of customer value propositions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven enhancements
  • Partner with Treasures segment leadership to develop strategic roadmaps and execute initiatives to strengthen the bank's position as a preferred wealth management provider
  • Represent the Treasures segment in cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the bank to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of customer value propositions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, retail banking, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the affluent customer segment and their evolving needs
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer value propositions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Possession of a passion for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Associate
