We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Director for our Institutional Business division to lead the development and execution of cutting-edge financial products and services. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of the prime brokerage landscape, coupled with a strong ability to innovate and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies for institutional sales and prime brokerage services, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the institutional business marketing teams at overseas branches to identify client needs and design product solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct market research on the demands of institutional clients, including Prime Brokerage, private equity funds, external asset managers (EAMs), large asset management firms, and high-frequency trading firms.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on institutional sales or prime brokerage.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs in the institutional space.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
