SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Achieve individual, team and Company sales targets through excellent sales and product knowledge, alignment with the Sales and Marketing Strategy, development and implementation of sales plans, building long term customers relationships, supporting and joining calls with new hires, equipping the capabilities of channel management, involving marketing program design with valuable feedback and unquestionable integrity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales business plans to ensure achievement of agreed sales, and broader business and marketing objectives.
  • Gather and report market intelligence and maintain a thorough knowledge of customer’s usage of Dentsply Sirona and competitors’ products and activities.
  • Support sales management in the development of broader sales plans through the provision of market and customer information.
  • Promote products directly with dentists and professionals.
  • Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned areas to build relationships and assist them with excellent customer service to solve issues relating to products and quality.
  • Build relationships with both external and internal clients to capitalize on all business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and conduct trade show, exhibits, seminars, clinical meetings, and product training with a variety of audiences to build product demand.
  • Work with the reporting Manager to identify key opinion leaders and ensure development of strong business relationships.
  • Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the clients to enable Dentsply Sirona to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns, provide timely customer support and ensure customer order cycle is complete.
  • Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPIs.
  • Measure and report success of sales performance and activities conducted within the assigned territory.
  • Record all sales activities and market intelligence as required.
  • Assist with monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters.
  • Process customer orders and provide account service to assigned and prospective customers.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Education: College / University degrees. A combination of science and business is preferred. Dental qualifications are an advantage but not required.
  • Experience: 2 or more years’ experience in related discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience preferably in scientific field with demonstrated sales success.
  • Specific Knowledge /skills: High learning agility, good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and able to work independently and under pressure, self-motivated, strong communication and teamwork, highly self-motivated and strong work ethic.
