We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales business plans to ensure achievement of agreed sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

You will gather and report market intelligence and maintain a thorough knowledge of customer's usage of Dentsply Sirona and competitors' products and activities. You will also support sales management in the development of broader sales plans through the provision of market and customer information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: College / University degrees. A combination of science and business is preferred. Dental qualifications are an advantage but not required.
  • Experience: 2 or more years' experience in related discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience preferably in scientific field with demonstrated sales success.
  • Specific Knowledge / skills: High learning agility, good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and able to work independently and under pressure, self-motivated, strong communication and teamwork, highly self-motivated and strong work ethic.
