Sales Growth Strategist

Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving individual, team, and company sales targets through excellent sales and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales business plans to ensure achievement of agreed sales objectives.
- Gather and report market intelligence and maintain a thorough knowledge of customer's usage of Dentsply Sirona and competitors' products and activities.
- Support sales management in the development of broader sales plans through the provision of market and customer information.
- Promote products directly with dentists and professionals.
- Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned areas to build relationships and assist them with excellent customer service to solve issues relating to products and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: College / University degrees. A combination of science and business is preferred. Dental qualifications are an advantage but not required.
- Experience: 2 or more years' experience in related discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience preferably in scientific field with demonstrated sales success.
- Specific Knowledge / skills: High learning agility, good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and able to work independently and under pressure, self-motivated, strong communication and teamwork, highly self-motivated and strong work ethic.
