About the Role

We're seeking an accomplished Marketing Strategist to spearhead our expansion into the Chinese market. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth, improve conversion rates, and establish Osome as a leading player in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and design effective Go-To-Market strategies for the Chinese market.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to drive funnel conversion and optimize campaign performance.
  • Leverage your expertise in performance marketing to develop tailored strategies for Chinese market platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to inform acquisition strategy improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and explore new acquisition channels to expand our reach in the Chinese market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in integrated growth marketing, preferably from an agency or B2B fintech SaaS background.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns on Chinese-focused platforms like Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and Douyin.
  • Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and Cantonese, with proficiency in Simplified Chinese.
  • Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of marketing analytics.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
