About the Role
- We're seeking a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FX sector.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role, managing a team and driving sales targets.
- A strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- You'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with senior management to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Key Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the FX sectors is a plus.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, managing a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Fluent in English.
