Duties and Responsibilities:- Assist the project leader in the management and execution of drug discovery and development projects, particularly focused on age-related diseases and other therapeutic areas.
- Regularly report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and executive management on project progress, including updates on timelines, risks, and key deliverables.
- Oversee all aspects of drug R&D projects, ensuring successful execution from early-stage research through to pre-clinical and clinical trials.
- Supervise research team members, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and standards while mentoring junior scientists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines, working to resolve challenges as they arise.
- Contribute to regulatory filing preparation (e.g., IND applications) and provide data for commercialization strategies.
Educational Qualifications:
A doctoral degree (PhD or DBA or equivalent area all welcomed), must have a Bachelor degree in STEM field.
Experience:
- Over 10 years of executive management skills in pharmaceutical or health industries.
- Solid understanding of the research innovative needs in the industry and market.
- Hands-on experience on the successful commercialization of health products and therapeutics.
Skills:
- Data analysis and project management with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets, coordinate projects, and ensure the integration of technical information.
- Geospatial knowledge and mapping skills to support clinical trial research and management, regulatory compliance, and data visualization.
- Attention to detail and precision: Strong attention to detail, which is critical for accurate data management in drug development and regulatory filing processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor junior research team members.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities across various teams and departments.
