Part Time Operations Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities

We are seeking a resourceful, experienced, and committed individual to manage the following:

  • Key role to support project and sales activities.
  • Handle administrative duties for project work and sales activities.
  • Review documentation including proofreading, modification, and improving existing work.
  • Prepare information on products and their applications for submission of tender proposals.
  • Perform strategic procurement, liaise, and negotiate with vendors for the best price.
  • Collect customer feedback and follow up to ensure customer expectations and satisfaction are maintained.
  • Plan and schedule meetings including taking minutes.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, establishing and maintaining relationships for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Adhere to departmental delivery processes, procedures, work instructions, forms & templates.
  • Stay familiar with company policies and goals and ensure that all members of a project team adhere to set standards.
  • Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
  • Exposure to support Singapore and Hong Kong headquarters projects and other international exposure.
Requirements
  • At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent, organized, meticulous, team player, and a fast worker.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in project administration, operations, marketing, etc.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
