Responsibilities:
  • Based in Hong Kong, responsible for selling and promoting Logicalis digital transformation solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow businesses with existing customers and hunt for new accounts.
  • Early engagement with customers to gather appropriate technical requirements.
  • Compile sales proposals and conduct presentations to customers.
  • Update sales activities in Salesforce (customer meetings, PoC, etc.), conduct deal cost analysis, and provide accurate pipeline forecasts to the management team.
  • Work closely with local partners (vendors, distributors, consulting partners, etc.) and pre-sales team on bidding strategy.
  • Deliver across a balanced scorecard of targets for the group (annual revenue and profit targets) while developing a long-term strategy for growth.
  • Excel in business objectives and maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction with key account clients at the C-level.
Requirements:
  • University graduate majoring in computing, business administration, or Telecom-related fields is essential.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ sales experience in the IT industry (System Integrator or Vendor) is preferable with proven sales track records.
  • Experience handling multinational businesses is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in business and market development, including complex sales business-to-business cycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship and base (key stakeholders) is a must.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
