Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Banking Professional to join our team as an Equity Sales Vice President.

ICBC International Holdings Limited is a leading global investment bank with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region. We provide a wide range of financial services to our clients, including equity sales, trading, research, and advisory.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior staff in expanding relationships with institutional customers globally;
  • Sell primary market, private equity, and secondary market stocks and other products, contributing to sales promotion transactions;
  • Provide research and sales services for overseas institutional clients, including public equity, private equity, and insurance;
  • Maintain existing customers and strive to expand new institutional customers globally;
  • Work closely with research teams to provide timely and accurate market research and recommendations;
  • Offer timely and effective services to meet customer needs, ensuring a healthy and stable cooperative relationship;
  • Organize roadshows, company surveys, client meetings, and other activities to help clients' fund managers and research teams better understand the industry;
  • Help establish customer relationships across various teams in the department;
  • Comply with internal and external regulations and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or relevant majors;
  • At least 7 years of experience in investment banking, institutional sales, or relevant fields;
  • CFA/CPA qualification is preferred;
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
  • Solid financial modeling and valuation skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships;
  • Proactive in taking responsibilities and able to multi-task;
  • Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
  • Able to work closely with team members and deliver quality work under tight schedules;
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal communication skills.
