- Customer Engagement: Collect customer feedback and follow up to ensure customer expectations are met.

- Resource Allocation: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
- Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to departmental delivery processes, procedures, work instructions, forms, and templates.

Requirements include:
- A minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- A self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- An independent, organized, meticulous, team player, and fast worker.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- A minimum 1 year working experience in project administration, operations, marketing, etc.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
