Customer Services Supervisor

- Maintain WMS on a daily basis
- Closely work with the operation team in the warehouse
- Answer customer inquiries
- Provide friendly and professional service to our clients
- Coordinate the job of other customer services
- Good control of delivery from supplier
- Good coordination with warehouse and other related internal department
- Correct information input into system
Requirements
- HKCEE / HKALE/ HKDSE / Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines
- 3year's relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in logistics field
- Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take challenge
- Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently under pressure and work in warehouses
- High proficiency in MS office applications
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
