About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Sales Manager to join our European Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting our services to existing and potential customers, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining business relationships to drive profitable sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your key tasks will include:
  • Reporting to the European Sales Director and working closely with the Sales Team of 5-6 members
  • Promoting Company services to existing and potential customers in assigned customer database and market
  • Developing new business and coordinating with overseas agents
  • Communicating with customers, overseas offices, and agents
  • Managing, preparing, and following up quotations and sales leads
  • Maintaining business relations with customers to foster profitable sales and growth
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure best-class services are provided to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should hold a DSE or Diploma in a relevant field and possess at least 3 years' experience in sales or business development within the logistics or freight forwarding industries. You must also have strong selling, presentation, and communication skills, as well as good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Proficiency in MS Office applications is also required.
