Job Description

The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that all guests have a personalized and memorable stay at Rosewood Hotel Group. This involves being proactive in anticipating guest needs and preferences.

  • Compile daily reports on upcoming arrivals and in-house Special Attention Guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with management to address special requirements and actions for Special Attention, Special Occasion Guests, or suite guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest profiles, stays, forms of payment, and rates applied.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar luxury hospitality environment, preferably in a guest-facing role or food and beverage.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs.
  • An eye for detail and ability to focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with another language being an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask, handle pressure, and coordinate between different departments.
