Job Summary

  • As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless interactions, and providing personalized support.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with guests in a warm and welcoming manner, establishing a rapport and building relationships.
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns, applying problem-solving skills and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes, utilizing technology to enhance the experience.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hotel studies or related field, with a focus on customer service and communication.
  • Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations, with a proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent language skills, including English and Chinese (Mandarin), to facilitate effective communication with diverse guests.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possessing a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
