Responsibilities:
  • Define CRM strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Coordinate and oversee project development from start to completion.
  • Manage resources and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a thorough scoping of technical requirements.
