The Requirements
  • A minimum of diploma in Hotel studies, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • 1 year hotel operations experience, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations area; fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin), facilitating effective communication with diverse guests.
  • Energetic with passion, cheerful and hospitable personality, creating a positive atmosphere.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and guest-oriented attitude, building lasting relationships.
