- Provide assistance at the club floor counter and the lounge, catering to guests' needs with a personal touch.
- A minimum of diploma in Hotel studies, demonstrating academic excellence.
- 1 year hotel operations experience, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations area; fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin), facilitating effective communication with diverse guests.
- Energetic with passion, cheerful and hospitable personality, creating a positive atmosphere.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and guest-oriented attitude, building lasting relationships.
