Guest Experience Executive

Responsibilities:
- Assist Front Office in daily administration works including preparation of reports, maintaining attendance records, assisting in leave applications, taking meeting minutes, data input, and filing.
- Answer and reply to all correspondence and guest surveys as directed by the Front Office Manager in a prompt and correct manner.
- Prepare all correspondence pertaining to the operation of the Front Office as directed by the Front Office Manager.
- Assist in answering guest calls and providing assistance to guests including taking room reservations, check-in, and check-out of guests whenever necessary.
- Assist in welcoming arriving guests and guiding queuing guests in the lobby whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
- 1 year of relevant experience in luxury hotels/hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Pleasant, presentable, confident with an outgoing personality.
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
