About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Guest Relations Officer is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always be attentive. The Guest Relations Officer reports to the Director of Guest Relations.

As Guest Relations Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to hotel guests and VIP guests
  • Build relationships with guests to delight and gain loyalty
  • Prepare for guests' arrivals including rooms, amenities, and special arrangements
  • Update guest profiles with guest preferences, comments, and feedback

As Guest Relations Officer, we expect from you:

  • Related working experience in hotel/guest services
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Passionate and energetic, good team player
