We are looking for a Guest Relations Host – Family Experience based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong
As a Guest Relations Host – Family Experience, we rely on you to:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient daily operation
- Provide personalized and prompt service to VIP guests from arrival to departure
- Conduct room check-in and guest rooming for designated guests e.g. family suite arrivals/limousine arrivals and SAR arrivals
- Keep updating the VIP list and guest preferences in GuestPedia to exceed guest expectations
- Liaise with relevant departments regarding guests' logistical requirements and amenities
- Provide F&B services to guests in the Lounge promptly and efficiently
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury brand hotel operation; experience in Kids Club / Theme Park / Childcare Management environment is an advantage
- Knowledge in OPERA system
- Outgoing, customer-oriented and self-motivated individual
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
