  • Greet guests with warm welcomes, handle check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide detailed information to guests upon inquiry
  • Offer assistance at the club floor counter and lounge
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hotel Studies or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of one year in hotel operations, preferably in Front Office or Guest Relations area; fresh graduates may be considered
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Energetic, passionate, cheerful, and hospitable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
