In this role, you will join the Global Enterprise & B2B Sales Team at Bang & Olufsen, focused on expanding our presence in the hospitality sector internationally. Your expertise in building partnerships and driving commercial growth will be crucial in establishing lasting relationships with key partners in the region.
You will manage and expand Bang & Olufsen's Enterprise & B2B sales activities in Hong Kong & Macau, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to promote pipeline expansion.
- Pinpoint and implement key elements required for promoting significant growth in new and existing channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, promoting commercial sales and encouraging long-term collaborations.
- Organize and execute marketing activities to generate opportunities for growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
This position requires a highly motivated individual with a keen focus on commercial growth and partnership development. You should possess a solid understanding of business, with a focus on delivering effective results in high-touch sales models.
- Extensive experience working with Enterprise channels and developing large-scale B2B and integrated solution projects in the hospitality sector.
- Aptitude in motivating groups, resolving conflicts, and coaching towards collective goals.
- Data-driven, structured, and highly pragmatic, with an emphasis on implementing tangible outcomes.
