As a Strategic Sales Manager for programmatic solutions at MiQ, you will be responsible for deepening our partnerships with global holding agencies in Hong Kong. Your goal will be to position our solutions as the go-to choice for agencies seeking data-driven, automated, and scalable advertising strategies.

About the Job:
  • You will drive the adoption of MiQ's programmatic solutions across assigned holding agencies, focusing on GroupM, Publicis, Omnicom, Dentsu, Havas and so on.
  • You will craft tailored proposals that align with agency/client KPIs, leveraging MiQ's strengths in data integration, audience targeting, and cross-channel measurement.
  • You will exceed quarterly targets by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities in Hong Kong's competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Programmatic Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the adoption of MiQ's programmatic solutions.
  2. Agency Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
  3. Market Leadership & Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share insights with stakeholders.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  5. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent MiQ at industry events and promote our brand.
About You:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising sales or agency account management, with a focus on holding companies (GroupM, Publicis, etc.) in Hong Kong/APAC.
  • You have a proven track record of success selling programmatic solutions (DSPs, PMPs, CTV) and managing multi-million-dollar agency accounts.
  • You possess deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including ad tech (DSPs/SSPs), data partnerships, and attribution modeling.
