- Manage key customer relationships and oversee project management.
- Collaborate with the technical support team and factories to provide quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, especially defined key customers/key projects.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements/needs.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with customers.
- Support the company to meet HK & Macau business strategy.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions (customer satisfaction).
