THE JOB :

  • Report to Sales Director
  • Job summary: key customer relationship management + project management
  • Job purpose: support the Sales Director to implement the long-term strategy; focus on key customer relationship management and project management
  • Cooperate with technical support engineer / factories for quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery
  • Maintain good relationships with customers, especially defined key customers/ key projects.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements/needs.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers.
  • Support the company in meeting HK & Macau business strategy.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions (customer satisfaction).
  • Coordinate with agents/distributors for business achievement if needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Building Service, or related subject
  • 2+ years of sales experience in industrial products, mechanical products, or building service products, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of pump or valve business, or water building service equipment is a big plus
  • Proficient in English & Cantonese
