Established in 1990, JPC Corporation is a European multinational company with over 100 years of history. As a brand owner, manufacturer, and marketer of pumps and valves, we cater to the building services market with key customers including government departments, public utilities, airports, and more. Our Hong Kong sales office serves the local and Macau markets.
The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for key customer relationship management and project management. This role involves working closely with technical support engineers and factories to provide quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery. You will maintain excellent relationships with customers, particularly defined key customers and projects, by visiting them regularly to understand their needs and requirements. Your long-term strategic relationships with customers will play a crucial role in supporting the company's business strategy in HK and Macau. You will also handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you may coordinate with agents and distributors to achieve business objectives as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, project management, or customer interaction in mechanical/building service products or equivalent is required. Knowledge of pump or valve business, or water building service equipment is highly advantageous. Experience in industrial product-related engineering, such as mechanical engineering, building services, hydraulic engineering, etc., is preferred. Fluency in English and Cantonese is necessary.
