Tencent is a world-leading internet and technology company that develops innovative products and services to improve the quality of life of people around the world.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Global Talent Acquisition Associate in Tencent. The successful candidate would need a technical background and an interest in pursuing a career in the sales profession.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage solutions offerings from Tencent Cloud products team, and provide value to HK & Macau customers through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to attend trade shows and other events to promote our products, and prepare & deliver presentations and participate in sales calls with customers and prospects.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and provide technical support to customers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Students graduating in 2025 or 2026, or those who have graduated with less than 1 year of working experience from local universities' bachelor's degree programs in a technical field.
  • Strong interest in the field of sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to Shenzhen & Macau, on a same day return basis, as needed.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
