Job Overview:

As a Client Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact with clients, providing consultative approach to supplier sourcing
  • Sourcing, selection, and presentation of venues and/or suppliers
  • Identify and mitigate legal or financial risks with engaging third-party suppliers
  • Effective brief-taking from clients, determining key program requirements/success factors
  • Efficient management of timelines/deadlines for multiple programs
  • Negotiation and ongoing contact with key suppliers as needed
  • Anticipate and manage change, including dealing with crises
  • Ensure timely payment of all supplier/vendor bills, client invoicing, deposits, and payment status with Accounts Payable

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in event management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in planning meetings, incentives, conventions, conferences, and/or special events
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing outside vendors, sourcing, and negotiating contract services
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in client management
