Client Management Specialist

About the Role:
As a Sales and Operations Manager at Ultimate Performance, you will play a critical role in our unique gym operations and client management strategies. This role requires working closely with our leadership team to create a seamless experience for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting sales consultations and building strong relationships with clients.
- Monitoring client attendance and maximizing session numbers.
- Handling client complaints and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Liaising with clients and the support team for payments, renewals, and inquiries.
- Ensuring accurate automated reports on client enrollment, retention, and referrals.
- Supporting Gym Managers in maintaining the gym, including equipment checks and health and safety assessments.
- Liaising with property management regarding property oversight and tenant communications.
- Assisting with schedule/events management and printing advertisements.
- Checking in with departing Personal Trainers and delivering allocated consultations to potential clients.
