As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving client satisfaction across Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and improve overall client experience.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging your knowledge of client needs and preferences.

Marketing Support:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise in client engagement and relationship-building.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, such as case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Participate in regional trade shows and events, representing EmbedWay Technologies and building brand awareness.
  • Provide input on marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment with client needs and preferences.

Administrative & Operational Tasks:

  • Manage client interactions and sales activities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and present client reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Support the ordering process, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the technology or network infrastructure industry.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience working with telecom operators, MSSPs, or enterprise IT clients.
  • Knowledge of products from Gigamon, Keysight, Netscout, or similar companies is a strong advantage.
