Distribution Compensation Program Manager

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Distribution Compensation Program Manager to join our team at Manulife (International) Limited.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of designing and implementing successful remuneration and sales incentives campaigns.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and designing short-term or medium-term remuneration incentives programs to drive changes in achieving business objectives. You will also work closely with the operations team to formulate optimal solutions to implement ideas.
In addition, you will support the monitoring and analysis of incentive program experiences to identify inefficiencies and propose management actions. Your expertise will be essential in reviewing initiatives from a financial, risk, operational, and effectiveness perspective, obtaining approval for business cases, and discussing programs with distribution channels.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/Actuarial Science/Statistics, and at least 4 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in numbers, and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel for data analytics, are required.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, committed to delivering quality results, and open-minded to new ideas. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with distribution channels.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
