The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Incentives Strategist to join our team at Manulife. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing remuneration and sales incentives campaigns that drive sales and align with company strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of remuneration and sales incentives campaigns
  • Understand business needs to design short-term or medium-term remuneration incentives programs
  • Work with operation teams to formulate optimal solutions
  • Support in-force experience monitoring and analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose management actions
  • Review initiatives from financial, risk, operational, and effectiveness perspectives
