About the Role

The Guest Services Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of guest services at Kai Tak Sports Park.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Support the hiring, training, and monitoring of team members.
  2. Event Planning: Collaborate with the Manager - Guest Services to plan and execute events.
  3. Crisis Management: Develop and implement procedures for managing crisis situations.
  4. Reporting: Prepare accurate and relevant reports reflecting attendee/visitor impressions and feedback.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Hospitality Management, or related disciplines.
  2. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in event planning, preferably in a major sport, entertainment, or multi-purpose venue.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
