Job Description
  • Drive Strategic Leadership: Formulate sales objectives and strategies for Key Accounts that align with overall company goals.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive the achievement of sales targets and enhance customer relationships across all brands in Hong Kong.
    • Optimize brand development to grow market share.
    • Drive channel management by leading the team in executing both online and offline strategic plans by brand.
    • Maximize in-store excellence to outperform competitors and achieve channel KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • +8 years' sales experience in Key Account Management.
  • Proven experience in key account management and sales leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking & negotiation.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
