Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Institutional Sales Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in identifying and building relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs, and pitching relevant Crypto.com products. You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, including sales traders, account managers, and sales managers, to drive business results and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue institutional client leads
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant Crypto.com products
  • Attend conferences and represent Crypto.com to increase awareness of our institutional business products and services
  • Conduct community outreach activities and engage with institutional players to expand and deepen our footprint
  • Research market and competitor trends in the crypto institutional space
  • Draft and close client or partnership agreements
  • Propose new crypto institutional offerings
  • Maintain ongoing contact with institutional clients and provide recommendations for product improvements

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 2+ years of experience in institutional outbound sales
  • 1+ years of experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3 - Exchange/Custodian/Prime Broker
  • A network/book of clients in the cryptocurrency space
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners
  • Excellent command of professional written and oral English
  • Proficiency in English
