Our client is a top-tier Global Capital market Holding company providing a wide range of financial products and services such as Japanese stockbroking, fixed-income products, debt syndicate, bond issuing, and M&A advisory services to corporate and wholesale clients in the Asia-Pacific region.
Exciting new role for you
- You will be responsible for marketing and selling Japan equity products to Japan institutional clients
- Essential activity is maintaining strong relationships with existing clients for sustainable growth of business
- You will provide the latest market information and investment advice to clients promptly
- Promoting our brand through internal Analysts and Corporate Access in support of IR meeting arrangements, Conferences, and Reverse IRs with all those feedback.
- You are expected to maintain collaborative work relationships with global sales for frequent exchange of internal feedback & sharing information to drive equity businesses
- Assist in all ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3~5 years of relevant Japan equity sales experience to financial institutional clients
- Solid experience in Hong Kong local area
- Outstanding communicator with experience giving presentations and speaking in public, good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. Japanese speaker will be a big advantage
- Solid understanding of sales and trading business, profound knowledge of Japan and international capital markets, and the firm's products and services.
- Possess extensive contacts in the broker-dealer community, Strong interpersonal skills, and a good team player able to work together with other business functions.
- University degree holder in finance, business administration or relevant discipline.
