Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Deputy/Assistant Teleservices Manager to join our team. As a key member of our teleservices operations, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and resolving issues related to insurance policy operation processes. Your role will involve liaising with internal departments, providing customers with suitable products and services, and addressing customer feedback and complaints professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a degree or above
- qualifications in IIQE
- at least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking/financial institutions, with customer services experience being a definite advantage
- independent, self-motivated, customer-centric, and able to work under pressure
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of English and Chinese in both verbal and written, including Putonghua
- proficiency in PC applications, such as MS Office and Chinese inputs
