Job Summary:

TaiKang (Hong Kong) Preparatory Office seeks a seasoned Customer Experience Manager to drive initiatives and lead teams in achieving operational efficiency and excellence. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of customer service experience in the Life Insurance Industry, with at least 5 years in management level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise individual teams, lead to achieve KPIs, and drive initiatives to uplift operations efficiency and customer experience.
  • Service Quality: Monitor and supervise hotline and counter services teams to provide quality services to internal and external customers, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Complaint Handling: Handle complaints and work closely with internal staff, agents, and authorities.
  • Process Review: Review CS & PS procedures, ensuring internal/external guidelines are standardized and updated.
  • Training and Development: Organize and provide training to internal staff, business partners, or agencies.
  • Business Initiatives: Drive initiatives and Company strategic projects to meet business requirements, including company campaigns, digital initiatives, operation efficiency projects, compliance or regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Responsible for business data analysis, making sound resolutions, preparing regular management and business reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: University Degree holders in Insurance, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
  • Certifications: Holder of FLMI or LOMA ACS or PCS qualification is preferred, as well as IIQE (Paper I & III) qualifications.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of customer services experience in Life Insurance Industry, with at least 5 years in management level.
  • Skills: Healthcare knowledge, general insurance concepts, self-motivated, independent, good team player, customer-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Language: Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English, and Putonghua.
  • Software Skills: Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
