Insurance Customer Experience Specialist

FortisHill Consulting Limited is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and accurate information, resolve inquiries, and support clients in navigating their insurance needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for this position. Additionally, proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and other channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing detailed information on policy details, claims status, and general insurance-related topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies, utilizing this expertise to inform customers and drive sales.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of resolving customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
