Our Retail Distribution division focuses on personal wealth management and financial services, offering one-stop wealth management initiatives for affluent and mass integrated account customers.

We are seeking a highly skilled Prestige Private Insurance Sales Specialist to join our Wealth Sales Distribution team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the insurance business by identifying and capturing opportunities with prompt follow-up, particularly focusing on deepening customer penetration among the 'HNW' and 'Mainlander' customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in driving the insurance business by identifying and capturing insurance business opportunities.
  • Deliver total retirement planning solutions to prestige customers, particularly targeting the mainlander and top-tier customer segments.
  • Work closely with CRMs/ECRMs to identify customers' financial needs on retirement and legacy planning.
  • Explore and expand customer bases for insurance products.
  • Maintain control measures to minimize risk exposure.

Requirements:
  • University graduate preferred; CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA/AEPP qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of insurance sales experience; universal life insurance policy experience would be beneficial.
  • Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2, and 3) and internal standards as required by country.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively.

The successful candidate will have strong situation awareness, a desire to learn, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. They should be curious and passionate about thinking deeply and rationally, with a high level of customer centricity mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional quality services.

Compensation and Benefits:
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of approximately HKD $60,000 - HKD $80,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
